Welcome to Flow Therapy
Erika Parker, MA, LMHC
Whatever has brought you here…
know that you are whole and your wisdom runs deep.
Hello, and welcome.
My name is Erika and I am a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner in the state of Washington, a certified Sensorimotor (somatic) Psychotherapist, and the owner of Flow Therapy.
Whether you are experiencing a pressing mental health concern or needing a safe space to be heard and gently lean into your unique healing journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you. My hope is that through our work together, you will find a safe, non-judgmental space to acknowledge your truth, your pain, and your inner wisdom. My aim is for you to feel seen and held in a way that facilitates the healing you seek, ultimately allowing for more connection, nourishment, and support in your life.
I offer individual counseling for adults with various concerns. Please take a look around my website, visit my ‘about’ page to learn more about who I am and how I work, and feel free to contact me with any questions. I offer a free consultation to determine if we are the right fit.

Seeking counseling can be one of the most
vulnerable, brave, and kind decisions you can make for yourself.
I understand and admire the courage it takes to be here, and I appreciate you taking the time to get to know me through my website.
The best way to know if we are the right fit is to connect through a conversation. For that reason, I offer a free consultation where we can discuss your specific needs and how I may be able to support them, and you can get a felt sense of me and my approach.
Be easy.
Take your time.
You are coming home to yourself.
